In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betpr0," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the betpr0 platform at betpr0.one, licensed under an internationally recognised gaming authority.
• "Platform" refers to the betpr0 website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services, features, and content accessible through them.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered a betpr0 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account held by a Member on the betpr0 Platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into a betpr0 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or incentive credits issued by betpr0 to a Member's Account.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required by betpr0 prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.
• "Gaming Authority" refers to the international regulatory body under whose licence betpr0 is authorised to operate.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

By accessing the betpr0 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, accepting any promotional offer, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms specific to individual promotions, games, or services offered by betpr0.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and betpr0. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. betpr0 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.

Access to and use of the betpr0 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. betpr0 strictly prohibits participation by any individual who is below the minimum legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction, or below 21 years of age, whichever is higher. Misrepresentation of age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must confirm that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to betpr0 is lawful.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on betpr0 or any affiliated platform. Attempting to access the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use Only: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party. Registration by or on behalf of another person is not permitted.

To access Real Money Play and promotional features on betpr0, you must successfully register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one betpr0 Account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All registration information provided to betpr0 must be truthful, accurate, and current. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. betpr0 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Member-provided data.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be conducted by you.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify betpr0 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your Account's security.
• KYC Verification: betpr0 reserves the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any time during the Account lifecycle, and particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

betpr0 processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your betpr0 Account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account and are subject to change at betpr0's discretion. betpr0 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your betpr0 Account, except where betpr0 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. betpr0 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Timelines. Processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method. Standard KYC-verified accounts receive withdrawals within approximately 24 hours. Gold-tier members receive processing within approximately 4 hours. Platinum-tier members within 1 hour. Black Diamond-tier members receive near-instant withdrawal approval. betpr0 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. betpr0 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) policies in compliance with its Gaming Authority obligations. Funds deposited into your betpr0 Account must originate from a legitimate source. betpr0 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

betpr0 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback credits, and VIP tier rewards to eligible Members. All promotional offers are subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Members who meet the eligibility criteria stated for each specific promotion. betpr0 reserves the right to exclude specific Members from any promotion at its absolute discretion.
• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash before the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion's terms, Wagering Requirements must be met using Real Money funds first before Bonus Funds are applied to qualifying wagers.
• Wagering Requirements for casino bonuses are calculated as a specified multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs.1,000 bonus requires Rs.30,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated withdrawal can be processed.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates towards Wagering Requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and table games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotional terms page.
• betpr0 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk or mathematically neutral wagering strategies to clear Wagering Requirements; wagering across correlated outcomes; or coordinating bonus activity with other Members.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated in the applicable promotional terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Member's Account without compensation.
• betpr0 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments made in respect of promotions already claimed in good faith.

7.1 Casino Games. All casino games on betpr0, including live dealer games, slots, table games, and Dragon and Tiger, are operated using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live certified croupiers in the case of live dealer products. Game results are final once settled by the system. betpr0 does not intervene in game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on betpr0, including cricket, PSL, and international sports markets, are subject to betpr0's Sports Betting Rules document, which is published separately and incorporated herein by reference. betpr0 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. betpr0 reserves the right to impose personalised stake limits on any Member Account at its absolute discretion.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, betpr0 reserves the right to void the relevant game round or wager and return the stakes to the Member's Account. Payment errors that result in an incorrect credit to a Member's Account must be reported to betpr0 immediately. Retention of an erroneously credited sum constitutes theft and will be treated accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betpr0 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where required:

• Registration or use of betpr0 while under the age of 21, or misrepresentation of age during the registration process.
• Opening more than one betpr0 Account, or accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to place bets, access games, or exploit betpr0's systems without authorisation.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker-style games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of system errors are void.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where you have a self-exclusion order in effect, or where betpr0 has specifically restricted access.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour towards betpr0 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content appearing on the betpr0 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials, is the property of betpr0 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own private recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any betpr0 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform; or use betpr0's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of betpr0's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

betpr0's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the betpr0 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at betpr0.one/privacy-policy.

By creating a betpr0 Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. betpr0 processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud detection, AML compliance, customer support, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

betpr0 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and betpr0's servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

betpr0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. betpr0 strongly encourages all Members to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose, to set firm time and financial limits before each session, and to treat gaming as recreational activity — not as a source of income.

betpr0 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Members at no cost, accessible directly through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.

betpr0 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour, including but not limited to rapid deposit cycling, abnormally extended session durations, or disproportionate loss-chasing activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpr0 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

betpr0 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to the Platform or specific features. betpr0 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

betpr0's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your betpr0 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betpr0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betpr0 reasonably determines that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• The Member has engaged in any form of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• The Member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false age information.
• The Member is unable to satisfy KYC verification requirements to betpr0's reasonable satisfaction.
• The Member has initiated a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback against a deposit transaction.
• The Member's Account shows activity consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from the Gaming Authority necessitate the suspension or closure of the Account.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, betpr0 reserves the right to withhold any balance, including Real Money and Bonus Funds, pending investigation. Where funds are legitimately owed to the Member and no breach is established, betpr0 will return the balance to the Member via the Member's verified payment method.

Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting betpr0's support team via Live Chat. Any Real Money balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of all outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.

betpr0 is committed to resolving all Member disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your betpr0 Account, a wager settlement, a bonus claim, or any other aspect of the Platform's services, please follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact betpr0's customer support team via Live Chat or by email at the address published in the Contact section of this document. Provide full details of your complaint, including your Account username, the relevant dates and transaction references, and a clear description of the issue.

All wager outcomes determined by betpr0's certified RNG systems or live dealer tables are final unless betpr0 independently identifies a system malfunction that demonstrably affected the outcome. betpr0 does not accept disputes based solely on a Member's dissatisfaction with a statistically legitimate game outcome.

betpr0 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a Member — betpr0 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying Members via their registered email address.

Non-material amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, minor clarifications, and formatting changes, may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the betpr0 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact betpr0's support team to arrange the orderly closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpr0's Gaming Authority is located, as specified in betpr0's licence documentation.

To the extent that any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of betpr0 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in any future instance.
